Artists have certainly become more creative with their livestream performances over the last few months, but the set livestreamed by British electronic duo, Disclosure, on Monday took it to another level.
The gig was hosted my Cercle, a livestream media dedicated to promoting artists & venues. Theyfilm and broadcast DJ sets & live performances on Facebook in carefully selected and unusual placesevery Monday which isbroadcasted live on their Facebook page.
Performing from a circular stone platform nestled into the cliffside and high above sea level in the UNESCO world heritage site, the Plitvice Lakes National Park became a vibrant part of the gig as drone cameras flew high above the trees to show stunning views of the vast lakes and cascading waterfalls while brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence performed their set through headphones so as not to disturb the natural wildlife that live in the national park.
Filmed in partnership with Amazon Music, the gig was streamed live on Cercle’s Facebook page where you can still behold the beauty for yourself here.
