October is the season of grime as Grime Originals are hosting 3 livestream events showcasing 14 MC’s. These showcases will treat fans to a selection of nostalgia for the golden age of grime as well as a platform for future legends. Lyve XP are delighted to be streaming this exclusive Grime Originals docuseries showcase.

Grime Originals was launched in 2017 by legendary pioneer grime artist, Sharky Major, as part of a series of events run by his music label, Major Muzik Entertainment. Sharky has said that Grime Originals was formed in order to give people the chance to understand the history and journey of grime to date, as well as appreciate where it has come from and what they, the original artists, had to do to get it where it is today. These are the original MC’s of grime blended with the new school MC’s to form what he says is one scene, one sound.

Grime Originals is the ultimate chance to celebrate the evolution of grime through the ages, pay homage to the legends who built the genre as well as celebrate up and coming talent to the scene. These showcases will be livestreamed from the biggest venue to date, Fire in Vauxhall, London.

These Virtxue virtual venue showcases give Grime Originals a unique platform, livestreaming exclusively through Lyve XP to spread the sound and energy of grime music across the globe. October will see 3 livestream showcases, exclusively here on Lyve XP. The first showcase streams this Sunday 4th October at 7pm featuring Flo Dan and Irah, Scrufizzer and Lil Nasty.

Further showcases will take place on Sunday 11 th and 18 th October with names such as Big Narsty, President T, Devlin and Syer and many more constructing this impressive line-up of the UK’s finest grime talent.
